Bella's Garden
Bella grew up in the Pacific Northwest, USA with a big family in a small town. An orchard, large garden, and fresh milk from the cows helped feed the family. There was a pantry full of home canned fruits and vegetables and the kids would go pick blackberries outside in their pajamas to eat with their Cheerios for breakfast. Bella's love of fresh food and bountiful gardens grew when she moved to Roatan. She built a restaurant and residence around the idea of meandering botanical gardens and farm-to-table cooking.
